Rebecca L. Molln

Becky has been practicing matrimonial law exclusively since joining PS & Associates in 2012. Becky has substantial experience counseling clients in all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, support modification, divorce negotiation and litigation, equitable distribution of property, and negotiation of prenuptial and postnuptial/separation agreements.

Prior to entering private practice, Becky was a full time volunteer attorney for the Legal Aid Society’s Family Law and Domestic Violence Practice. For that work, she received the prestigious Pro Bono Publico Award from the Legal Aid Society in 2011. Becky’s legal career began even prior to that as a litigation paralegal at the national law firm, Jenner & Block, where she worked from 2004-2009.

Becky received a B.A. from The University of Chicago in 2004. She received her J.D., cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School in 2010. During law school, Becky was a member of The John Marshall Law Review.

Becky is originally from a town by the name of Ohio, Illinois, a fact which people tend to find as confusing as the spelling of her last name. She currently lives in Williamsburg, Brooklyn with her husband, Nilay.
